All international sales are final; no product can be returned for full credit or exchange.
All returns must be accompanied by a RA (Return Authorization) number. If you need to return an item, please get in contact with a customer service agent to get your RA#. You can call: (626) 281-2020

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us for full credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

You can receive your RA number simply by calling our customer service phone number 626-281-2020 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time USA Monday to Friday.
Returns without a RA number will NOT be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded.
Unless shipped in error by Exporter Medical LLC., return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Exporter Medical LLC will not be held responsible for any restocking fees assessed by manufacturers on returned items. All refunds are subject to review and are processed bi-monthly.
Due to health, hygienic and safety regulations, products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable.
Products that come in contact with the body; can not be returned – they are single use patient items.
No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened per Public Health Policy and per our policy.
Example: Hygiene products, toileting products, bathroom products, body braces, egg crate cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, etc.
