All Exporter Medical products are “Final Sale” on the time of purchase, the product cannot be return, refund or exchange the item once purchased, unless it is defective.

Any medical equipment or devices the warranty starts on purchase date, not delivery date.

In the event of a malfunctioning of any medical device or equipment, please communicate the problem to Exporter Medical within the 30 days or purchase for basic inspection or troubleshooting at (626)281-2020 a 24 Hrs. service phone line.

If warranty situation exists, Exporter Medical or the manufacturer will replace the unit with a new or refurbished unit at their discretion.

 

If the unit is out of warranty or it is determined that the unit has been damaged by water or otherwise, a repair estimate will be given.

Customer then can choose to have the unit repaired or not. All freight charges in a warranty situation are the responsibility of the customer.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage to the unit or water damage.

All medical equipment or devices are covered under a 90 day manufacturer’s limited warranty. All international sales are final on all Exporter Medical products and medical equipment and devices on the time of purchase.
